Chocolate Fudge Pie Sundae

Ingredients

  • 2 square unsweetened chocolate or 4-5 T. cocoa powder
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c . sugar
  • 4 T . flour
  • 1 tsp . vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Melt chocolate and butter in a small pan over low heat (stir often) and cool slightly.
  • Stir in other ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour into a greased pie pan.
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Serve hot with favorite sundae toppings.
