Easy Homemade Garden Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 cups tomatoes seeds and juiced squeezed out
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1/4 white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add tomatoes, jalapeno, onion, and garlic to food processor.  Process until desired level of chopped.
  • Drain any excess liquid.
  • Add lime juice, cumin, and salt and process briefly.
  • Serve and enjoy.
