Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 12 prune plums
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Mix in eggs.
  • Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Pour batter into a greased 8 inch springform pan.
  • Cut prune plums in half and place cut side down on top of batter in pan.
  • Sprinkle top with cinnamon and lemon juice.
  • Cook for 55-60 minutes.
