Grilled Corn Salad with Basil Vinaigrette
Ingredients
Lettuce
, 1 large head

cherry tomatoes

ear of grilled corn
, sliced off the cobb
Basil Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2
c
. olive oil
1/3
c
. balsamic vinegar
1
garlic clove
1
c
. basil
salt
pepper
Instructions
Place all basil vinaigrette ingredients in blender and blend on low briefly. Scrape down sides and blend until mixed.
Wash lettuce and tomatoes
Slice the corn off the cobb
Plate and dress to your liking.
