Homemade Spinach Feta Pizza

Spinach and Feta Pizza with Tomatoes

Servings 1 16-inch pizza


  • 3-4 oz . fresh spinach , chopped
  • 1/4 c . extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp . Italian seasoning
  • 2-4 garlic cloves
  • 4 oz . feta
  • 3 plum tomatoes , sliced thinly


  • Make your dough ahead of time, let rise for 45 minutes, then punch down and wait for 5 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  • Add the oil, garlic, and Italian seasoning to a bowl.
  • Then chop and add spinach and toss to coat all the spinach with oil. I usually do this before the pizza dough is ready.
  • Roll out the pizza dough and place on preheated pizza stone.
  • Spread the spinach mix over the pizza dough.
  • Add thinly sliced tomatoes (if you are using a really "wet" tomato, I would drain it in a sieve or on a paper towel since too much liquid will make the pizza soggier).
  • Sprinkle feta on top.
  • bake for 12-14 minutes.
