Buffalo Pizza


  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing (store bought if you prefer)
  • 1 cup cubed grilled chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons franks red hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • pizza dough (store bought if you prefer)


  • Make the crust ahead of time (or buy your favorite store bought dough).
  • Preheat oven and pizza stone to 475 degrees F.
  • Roll out the dough and transfer to preheated stone.
  • Melt the butter.
  • Mix the butter and the Franks Red Hot to make your buffalo sauce.
  • Spread 2/3 of the buffalo sauce over the crust.
  • Spread the blue cheese dressing over the crust.
  • Add the chicken.
  • Add the red onion.
  • Top with mozzarella.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and add the remaining buffalo sauce.
