- For the dressing:
- 2 T . boiled cider
- 2 T . apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c . extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- For the salad:
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/4 c . toasted pecans
- 1/4 c . grated sharp white cheddar
- 1 ripe pear , cut into bite size pieces
