Heat water in tea kettle (or however you normally would).
Add coffee, spices, and molasses to french press.
Once water is almost boiling, pour into the french press, stir, and cover with lid and leave for 5 minutes.
While coffee is steeping, heat/froth your milk.
Push down french press plunger.
Pour coffee in cups 1/2-2/3 full.
Add steamed milk and top with foam, whipped cream (optional), and sprinkle with cinnamon.
