Mango Turmeric Ginger Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 c . chard leaves , stems removed
  • 1 c . water
  • 1 c . frozen mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 tsp . grated ginger
  • 1 tsp . ground turmeric
  • juice from 1 lime , lemon, or tangerine
  • one or two twists of fresh ground pepper
  • 1-2 tsp . honey or agave , optional
  • 1 T . chia seeds

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
