Citrus Herb-Salt Crispy Grilled Chicken Wings
dozen chicken wings
(I usually buy party wings)
. citrus salt
juice from 1 lime
For the citrus salt:
zest of 1 lime
zest of 1 lemon
. thyme leaves
. ground pink himalayan salt
Heat oven to 200F.
Put ingredients on parchment paper in a thin layer.
Dehydrate in oven for about 30 minutes.
Let cool and store in a tightly sealed container.
Marinate wings in oil, juice from 1/2 lime, and 1 T. citrus salt.
Grill wings for 5-7 minutes per side. (High heat.)
Sprinkle wings with remaining lime juice and additional citrus salt.
