Super Simple Spicy Garlic Shrimp

  • 2 lbs . peeled , deveined shrimp
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 T . olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp . pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Heat the oil in 2 pans (or one batch at a time--don't crowd the shrimp because it will cause it to steam rather than sautee).
  • Add pepper flakes for 30 seconds.
  • Add shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Near the end of the cooking period for the shrimp, add garlic to the pan.
  • Once shrimp is done, stir with garlic briefly and remove from pan.
  • Give yourself a high five and enjoy!
