Homemade Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 6-8 medium apples , peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1 c . oats
  • 2/3 c . whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c . brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Spray 8x8 inch pan.
  • Place prepared apples in pan.
  • Add oats through cinnamon to food processor.
  • Cut butter into 8 pieces on top.
  • Pulse until desired crisp consistency -- I like it once it starts clumping together.
  • Cook for 35-40 minutes or until apples are bubbling.
