Healthy No Bake Oatmeal Cookie Balls

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c . cashews
  • 3/4 c . oat bran
  • 1/2 tsp . salt
  • 1/2 tsp . cinnamon
  • 3 T . maple syrup
  • 1 tsp . vanilla
  • 1 T . melted coconut oil

Instructions

  • Add cashews and oat bran to food processor and pulse until mixed.
  • Add all other ingredients and pulse until combined.
  • Scoop out with a tablespoon and form roughly into ball shape.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy.
