Lemon Walnut Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz . jar of roasted red peppers (drain well)
  • 1 c . walnuts
  • juice from 1/2 of a lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp . cumin
  • 1 tsp . corriander
  • 2-3 T . extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • *optional: red pepper flakes , chili powder

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients except olive oil in food processor.
  • Pulse until well combined.
  • Scrape down sides.
  • Add olive oil while running.
