Fajita Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

  • 2 lb . boneless , skinless chicken (thighs, tenderloins, thin breasts)
  • 1/3 c . oil
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 2 cloves garlic , roughly chopped into a few pieces
  • 1 tsp . chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp . cumin
  • 1 T . honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Mix oil through salt and pepper in a liquid measuring glass.
  • Place chicken in a ziploc bag.
  • Add marinade.
  • Marinate for several hours or overnight.
  • Grill.
