  • 1-2 frozen bananas
  • 1 T . chia seeds
  • 1/4 c . almond butter
  • 2 T . cacao
  • 1/2 c . oats
  • 2 dates , pits removed

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
