Chicken Wings

Servings 2 lbs wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs . chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  • Mix soy sauce, garlic powder and sugar.
  • Coat wings with sauce.
  • Spread wings on foil lined cookie sheet or baking pan.
  • Bake at 300 F for 2 hours, basting and turning every 30 minutes.
  • Reheating Instructions: Reheat at 350 for 30 minutes (I think my grandmother reheats them in the microwave??).
