Best Crock-Pot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz . packages of cream cheese , softened at room temperature
  • 1/2 c . sour cream
  • 10 oz . frozen spinach , thawed slightly
  • 1 c . pizza blend cheese , grated
  • 1/4 c . grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 14 oz . can of artichoke hearts , cut into small pieces (save juice)
  • 1/4-1/2 c . liquid from the artichoke hearts
  • 3 cloves of garlic , minced
  • 1/4 tsp . nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Add mixture to greased crockpot.
  • Cook on low for 2 hours, then stir.
  • Cook for an additional 1-2 hours, stirring every 30-45 minutes.
  • Turn off heat (or to "warm" setting if you have it) and serve with bread or crackers.
