Gingerbread Latte Recipe
- 2/3 c coffee beans , ground coarsely for the french press
- boiling water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 c molasses
- 16 oz steamed milk (dairy, almond, coconut)
- Whip cream and cinnamon sprinkles on top optional
Heat water in tea kettle (or however you normally would).
Add coffee, spices, and molasses to french press.
Once water is almost boiling, pour into the french press, stir, and cover with lid and leave for 5 minutes.
While coffee is steeping, heat/froth your milk.
Push down french press plunger.
Pour coffee in cups 1/2-2/3 full.
Add steamed milk and top with foam, whipped cream (optional), and sprinkle with cinnamon.
