Put all ingredients except pork in blender and blend thoroughly.
Reserve about 1/2 of liquid mixture.
Marinate the pork in a large ziploc bag with the remaining liquid (I usually try to do this overnight and turn several times).
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Place pork in a baking pan lined with foil and sprayed with oil and pour marinade over top.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 140-145 F, turning pork over once half way through cooking.
Let meat rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
Heat reserved marinade over low heat until thickens and serve with pork.
