Tilapia Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • pinch of cumin
  • pinch of chili powder
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 avocado
  • Mixed greens (add amount to your liking)
  • Cilantro (add amount to your liking)
  • Mango salsa (add amount to your liking)

Instructions

  • Sprinkle fillets with spices.
  • Cook in non stick skillet 3 minutes per side.
  • Assemble Mango Salsa.
  • Assemble on tortillas with desired toppings.
